Standard services are the only expectation of all and every citizen. This standard service must flow from all sources- even from a state source. State must not ill serve its citizens. Sub-standard services at all level must be challenged , resisted.Every law must yield the standard expected output for the society. If law mandates services to the citizen , it must be provided. State cannot litigate without due compliance of all laws and ensuring at least due services as per law. Laws must bind the state as well until the same are changed.
State functions cannot be taken as merely monetary or financial activities or for the purposes of generating idle state jobs without real effective , standard , services to citizen.
Feeding the citizen with compulsive sub-standard services is draconian. If the judiciary colludes with state executive in this substandard dispensation of services, it will be disastrous, inhumane.
