Conceptualise Something And Then Speak For Youselves

Speaking to oneself is an art which is never very easy. In order to speak to yourself you will have to identify both yourself as speaker and a listener who is no body else but you yourself. Speaking it self is an art, science and mind set. Similarly listening is not that much easy.
Speaking has several attached  dimensions and consequential  reflections.
Listening has its own effects, reactions, some times a chain of reactions emerge. Some of these are really uncontrollable- really either compulsive or impulsive. Some are reflexive. Listening appears to be a relative term but genius have practised it in solo mode also.
Either speaking or listening are governed by your own intelligence- prudence. Speaking is risky- it reveals you or your inner-self- sometimes completely- sometimes bringing embarrassment for the  speaker. Keeping in view  the after effects of speaking, wise men have advised "speak less , listen more ".
In between listening  and speaking lies Golden Silence.
This is the point where one starts speaking to oneself or say listening to oneself.
In fact we speak continuously, sometimes we are audible, and most of the time we are not audible through our apparent sense organs.
The point where there is silence
