मेरी माँ और अन्य लोग बताते हैं की मैं बचपन से ही अजीब तरह से जिद्दी था.
शुद्ध व्यापारी परिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि थी , कहीं कुछ भी दूर दूर तक किसि दूसरे क्षैत्र में जाने की सलाह , तक देने वाला कोई नहीं था संकेत या मार्गदर्शन का नितान्त अभाव था.
पर बताया ज्ता है , मैं बचपन में यूँ ही मजाक में अतवा गुस्से में कह दिया करता था - " मैं तुमसब को फाँसी दे दूँगा '.

खिला हुआ तो दिख जाता है , बहुत से खिले को सराहने वाले भी मिल जाते हैं , पर खिलने की प्रक्रीया से गुजरना कैसी सिहरन पैदा करता है, यह तो शून्य से यात्रा की शुरूआत करने वाला ही जानता है .बिना बीज , बिना जमीन , बिना गड़े , जला देने वाली कड़ी जानलेवा धूप में बिना पानी , जिवित रहना ही मुश्किल होता है - फिर उगना फूल , फल तक बढ़ना कितना अजीभ है , फिर बीच बीच में ईर्ष्या , टाँग खैँचू प्रतियोगिता, अकारण हानि कर मस्त होने वाले तत्व, और पग पग का अपमान - इन सब के बाद भी शुद्ध रहने का आग्रह , झुकूँगा नहीं यह जीद्द, किसी की हानि नहीं होने देने का स्वभाव

Whether I still have real utility value -purpose or it is real fancy only ?

अभी लडा़ई बहुत बाकी है , अभी जीत बहुत बाकी है , अभी चढ़ाई बहुत बाकी है-
चलो आगे बढ़ चले, उपर उठ चलें,
अभी उन्हें कितनी बार मुँह की खाना बाकी है ,

बहुत कुछ पोजिटिव है , कुछ और अधिक पोजिटिव खोजा जा सकता है , कुछ जोड़ा जा सकता है , कुछ जो निगेटिव है उसे निकाल बाहर करते ही पोजिटिव प्रखर हो सामने आ जायेगा, निगेटिव की उपेक्षा करोगे तो भी वह स्वतः उदास -निष्प्राण -निस्तेज हो जायेगा.

In Indian scene , courts are the only legal service providers and help in declaration of even mutually agreed terms and conitions but this scene can be changed through innovation in this field.

IP awareness in Indian villages where technology has been operational since time immemorial and new technology is being developed but no IP proprietary rights are claimed due to ignorance and lack of adequate and free , affordable access.

Uniform , standard both side consultation together, settling pleadings examining documents only in physical presence of all the sides and giving an advise only as per law of the day and not to encourage a litigation that may go either way due to future happening or either party getting frustrated or gagged may be another face of my service.

Beyond the throne, sceptre and sword, lies the world of peace, love and beauty that lives and survives even after power, fire and fury is gone.

There are 2 aspects to this knowledge. One is related to the traditional knowledge that is being continuously documented by CSIR and has been shared with leading patent offices of the world. This enables them to disallow the grant of the patents if they are based on India's traditional knowledge. Many NGOs have been involved in transfer of this knowledge to foreign nations. The other aspect is related to jugaad inventions that are examined only for novelty. India may allow the grant of rights for this kind of inventions, in future. ( Arun Kashyap )

Call it by any name , it is common knowledge that Indian villages have continuous technology training- experimenting -developing hubs be it in metallurgy , leather technology , food processing / preserving /animal husbandry / cattle rearing , poultry , fishery , forestry , construction activities and other different areas. Our villages are industry hubs. Even our houses have a daily continuous production process going on . some significant IP ( novelty ) is continuously getting lost every moment because we are unable to document it ,collect relevant data, draft it , authenticate it , formate it as per our local law or international law.( I shared with Arun Kashyap)

I am afraid ,our IP is more frequently stolen ,smuggled out, infringed , misused,
unauthrisedly exported documents manipulated , assignments made at throw away prices since we have failed to sensitise at ground level and bank upon Govt who sells national wealth and pride for silly penny.,
Govt or paid servants eyeing only their pau , careers and bootlicking their masters cannot protect OUR NATIONAL IP ( my comment with Sri Arun Kashyap sir
