Knowledge cannot be compartmentalised nor it can be branded. It cannot be timed out. No part of knowledge is ever irrelevant  nor ever complete and final. Knowledge breeds knowledge. Knowledge  may have time  specific tags , person  specific tags, place specific tags but that cannot make knowledge itself branded. These tagged knowledge may compete but ultimately contribute in the common hotchpot of community knowledge. Knowledge once surfaced never dies may get eclipsed
