I am happy that you are standing with satisfaction and a glittering face holding the coveted trophy in your hand beaming with confidence and courage .
Do you know , this trophy is the result of those contemptuous insults heaped upon you while you were still trying to stand right.
Those hard hitting moments made their impact.
Further you felt disappointed when you felt you are being unnecessarily pressed hard.
You rightly concluded are made to suffer comparatively more rigorous painstaking drills and are made to work under tremendous pressure which , as per your own experience ;was unbearable at times.
You further rightly concluded that you were made to suffer unusual pains,physical, mental, emotional that too without rewards and compensation. You felt, you are made to work like bonded labour.
You were right. I did all those for you only.
I now tell you that in-spite of that much roughness and toughness , sometimes against your will and many a times beyond your capacity that you wanted to use at that time (you always had unexplored untapped extra energy within at that time and have more of that concealed capacity even to-day ), you never gave up. You suffered,experienced and got those lessons either voluntarily or under pressure grudgingly , unwillingly. I am here to say to-day , you were the one who did not leave half way though it was really very clumsy experience. I confess, I treated you with added toughness at every passing stage. At each level of your success , I stealthily raised the bar putting you in yet another corner.
Isaw your reaction eac time the bar was raised. I always knew tht you had noticed the bar being raised. But then I still remember and can can see you and your reddened face, both the lips tightly closed and both the jaws locked , your lungs filled with another added ounce of oxygen- a fresh challnging determination. I know , you silently cursed me and kept on challenging me.
I always knew you ae only meant for this proud moment
This TROPHY is to-day yours only because you did not give up earlier, you took still another step whenyour body was about to say no, I cannot,.
You did not stop where you wanted to stop. And you suffered those 'Begars".
Even lack of motivation, reward, compensation did not deter you.
