Tax law exposure from 1977 to 1987 and very extensive vigorous encounter 2011 - 2015 are highlights of what I had occasion to Learn and imbibe. I had the occasion to be with greatest of the field. The best of the field , we worked together.

2008 - 2009 , I was with everyone at every level of law. Wonders dawned on me . Transformation came this year . Almost fathered 320 with motherly care. Allowed none to harm them. Learnt and practiced academic acumen , was exposed to different layers of superior academics , had the occasion and company of being with all of the field of law , administration and authority.
A period of great learning.

2005 - 2008 , came across society - a bare society, saw social relationships in its family dimensions. Some really disturbed. Leant lot. Patience, tolerance, wait , emotion , outburst , frustration , poverty , innocence, childishness, helplessness, money without happiness and happiness without money, ,husband - wife, parent - child , dreams and ambitions , psychology behaviour, practice and theory , these all were my guests for three years.
I loved them , leant them , experienced from them.
Very productive 3 years. Added a lot to me.

Bad days always an opportunity for good learning
Hardest moments bear softest experiences.

State Academy's learning and administrative experience and exposure always added and was an advantage.

I learnt so many facets of skill , abilty , competence, excellence , learning , teaching ,hearing or getting heard , working or making others work , being in a team as 12 th man , as a member ,as a captain and carrying the team to success singlehandedly.
I learnt that success earns more enemies.
Showed me many unknown paths, a few were really agonising, stupid , full of selfishness and sheer ego. I could not relish.
I refused some of those nasty propositions even at the risk of my life , bread and dignity but I did not transact as per the dictates or whims or Lewd, egoistic propositions

My stern- gaze, probing expressionless look , unpleasant words , high pitch retorts are those essential ingredients which helps me in masking me and my pure sensitive emotional humane , 'not ready to really harm' face . I will not gang up with those cunnings, even if I am alone , not even at the risk of my life. 
And if my honour or dignity or selfhood is at risk , I have the ultimate choice not to be with this body. You or any body can rule , govern or command my this body and never me , minehood , myself , my soul , conscience
I appear pouncing or trouncing , bang-banging so that I may not have to indulge in real harm to any body even for self defence.
The weak survives not because the enemies have spared but because he, the lowest in the food chain managed trickily.
Begging for kindness has no meaning at all.
Purer you are , risks target you , that too most cunningly in a united way.
All the impurities attack in a most cannibalisticly planned and organised manner.
I take this unpleasant guise . I bank upon this trick .
I do not want to be tapped or trapped by you to be sacrificed like a lamb.
I love my wolfish , foxlike , jackalshape look.

Strategy to survive , grow and march and plans to counter, conquer ,and construct - always a personal innovation , must be closely guarded secret - no patent application ever be filed or they will not only reject the application but make it public.

As I grew , I earned , I lost and am today confused how to draw the balance sheet but before tabulating that I will have to make out my profit and loss account , know not how. 
What would be result ?
Shall I be in a position to place it in public domain ?

It was some 6 years ago , I was awarded a bare 35, of course randomly by my provisional examiner but I took that by heart and am still waiting a revision, if possible .
Waiting expectingly with hopes.

We have to search for it ( Quality ) if we want to lead a life of quality.

As an institution Judiciary as a part of sovereign set-up ,get up and the support of sovereign command and executability  appear indispensable not because it is so but because we have not thought of developing an alternative for the same and further that we have been living in this set up from the fist day of our humanly existence.
A monopolistic justice delivery and service providing system can never be flaw less for all the time to come . Time pollutes. Time brings in wear and tear.
It is bound to be rigged. Manipulations will take over any system if it has no competitions or no threat. No system corrects itself voluntarily. Power once given - it is very difficult to get that back .
None is ready to shed its/his /her  majesty.Power has a tendency to perpetuate itself. Attempts shall always be made to renew the power lease. Power has always been abused. So shall be the power to decide , adjudicate, judge.
A too protected system ceases to be an effective system. A  system which is not revisited periodically internally as well externally is bound to corrupt itself.
Power has a characteristic to assume opaqueness. This opaqueness gets denser and stronger with time.The so called sovereign sanction grew out of social acceptabilty

A few questions are apparent but do not taste sweet and comfortable.
The answer to these questions may still be more bitter, exposing and sometimes disgusting also.So these are avoided in public domain knowingly making the things worse .
Timely remedial steps can improve or save the things from taking a worse turn but than , that requires courage , imagination and will and the the way is there.

I have questions but I 'll answer each ultimately because I am not going to quit.
