हजारों प्रश्न उठते हैं  -  लड़का  के शालीमार बाग की दस बीस करोड़ की कोठी में चौका बरतन की नौकरी करता है  गुमला आते ही  अल्फ्रेड लकड़ा कैसे , कब , क्यों बन जाता है। जिला स्तर की कचहरियों में रेल में यात्रियों  को नशा खिलाकर लूटने   के आरोप में बंदी ब्यक्ति  येन केन प्रकारेण जेल से छूटते ही अपने गाँव में पहुँच कर बाबू साहेब , पंडित जी कैसे बन जाता है।
कभी कभी सोचता हूँ , भारत का ग्रामीण अमूमन अपने खेतों में गाँजे ,अफीम आदि की खेती क्यों नहीं करता ?
भारत का  ग्रामीण परिवेश अभी भी अपेक्षाकृत संतुष्ट है , पवित्र है।
शायद  इसी कारण भारत  गॉवों से धोखा देकर बालाओ को लाया तो जा सकता है , मजबूर कर कोठे पर बैठाया भले जा सकता है पर गॉव से आज भी एक  भी युवती  को स्वेच्छा से इस उद्देश्य से कदम बाहर निकालने  को प्रेरित नहीं किया  सकता।
शायद इसीलिए  गाँव वैसा है जैसा दिखता है। हमारे गाँव के युवक युवतियों को आज भी अपने शरीर पर के कपड़े  उतारने में झिझक होती है। इसीलिए हमारा गाँव  आज भी वैसा ही है जैसा दिखता है। हमारा किसान मट्टी में से गेहुँ  निकालता है , दाने दाने से बोरियाँ भर कर अनाज बनाता है। 

आज  और अब , बस आगे ही देखना , चलना है ,अभी और बहुत चलना है , एक देश , महादेश , ग्रह ; ये सब सीमाएँ हमारी - आपकी ही बनाई हुई हैं , इसके बहुत आगे , ऊपर , नीचे , परे  चलते ही जाना हे , बिना थमे , रुके , डरे ,, अकेले हो तब भी।
एक प्रोफ़ाइल में बन्धना नहीँ।

Stand together , that is the way to grow.
Be with each other , for each other and by each other , that gives the strength.
Grow in a group together.
Support each other. 

Everything does not look towards you waiting for your reaction .
Learn , when and what not to take note of and when not to react.
React only when it is required and necessarily necessary .

Be only what you are and only be in your assigned profile.
Do the best pssible as a perfectionist in the role where you are expected to be.
If the role is that of an idealist, be that even if it hurts you or simply walk out if you feel that you cannot manage ideally.
Do not spoil or start behaving like a lay man .
If you enjoy a lay man's life , opt for it , be that and declare that .
None will expect anything from you. !!

Contentment is the only achievement and once in sight everything else fades away, gets evaporated and gone. Contentment is freedom and peace. It leads to purity and progressive growth but without hassels.

Caste is a cruel reality with peculiar prejudices , biases , prejudices, historical predominance , specialisation in all the fields - trade, industry, commerce, technology, artisanship , religion , religious rituals , politics , landownership , knowledge pools- outlets , spirituality,  judiciary, administration , education , priesthood , and even the sanitation, hygiene, service sector,  etc etc.
It is going stronger.
