Satisfaction is an unit of intensity of urge.
 Instincts have their own behavioural patterns and curves.
Instincts have several vectors  and several trajectories at any point of time  and all  being active simultaneously compete, connect, cut, cure, supplement, compliment or co-ordinate, contradict, compound, clear and behave in inconsistent unperiodical manner and amidst these instable waves of high rises and low magnitude, it is really difficult to take an identifiable level and this level is satisfaction.
But it is never long lasting.
 Difficult to attain, still more difficult to retain
