  Delays coerce one of the two parties into compromising' which is in reality succumbing because he cannot continue to wait.


It is injustice .


Then, if a person whose dues are being withheld agreesto accept less because he needs it, is it not a compromise out of coercion. 


Disputes in a society are bound to occur. These require adjudication and courts decide.


Law can never be perfectly suited to the ever changing needs of the society.


There will always be a component of error in understanding the law and in assessment of what is right and just.


Problems will always and continuously be cropping ùp in primary, secondary and tertiary sector of economy.


Human coexistence raises it's day to day problems


We must find out as to how much of litigation that is found in our courts is genuine and how much of it is contrivedand therefore avoidable?
