🌫🌫🌫🌫   *प्रारब्ध*   🌫🌫🌫🌫

    एक व्यक्ति हमेशा ईश्वर के नाम का जाप किया करता था । धीरे धीरे वह काफी बुजुर्ग हो चला था इसीलिए एक कमरे मे ही पड़ा रहता था ।

     जब भी उसे शौच; स्नान आदि के लिये जाना होता था; वह अपने बेटो को आवाज लगाता था और बेटे ले जाते थे ।

    धीरे धीरे कुछ दिन बाद बेटे कई बार आवाज लगाने के बाद भी कभी कभी आते और देर रात तो नहीं भी आते थे।इस दौरान वे कभी-कभी गंदे बिस्तर पर ही रात बिता दिया करते थे

    अब और ज्यादा बुढ़ापा होने के कारण उन्हें कम दिखाई देने लगा था एक दिन रात को निवृत्त होने के लिये जैसे ही उन्होंने आवाज लगायी, तुरन्त एक लड़का आता है और बडे ही कोमल स्पर्श के साथ उनको निवृत्त करवा कर बिस्तर पर लेटा जाता है । अब ये रोज का नियम हो गया ।

    एक रात उनको शक हो जाता है कि, पहले तो बेटों को रात में कई बार आवाज लगाने पर भी नही आते थे। लेकिन ये  तो आवाज लगाते ही दूसरे क्षण आ जाता है और बडे कोमल स्पर्श से सब निवृत्त करवा देता है ।

    एक रात वह व्यक्ति उसका हाथ पकड लेता है और पूछता है कि सच बता तू कौन है ? मेरे बेटे तो ऐसे नही हैं ।

    अभी अंधेरे कमरे में एक अलौकिक उजाला हुआऔर उस लड़के रूपी ईश्वर ने अपना वास्तविक रूप दिखाया।

     वह व्यक्ति रोते हुये कहता है : हे प्रभु आप स्वयं मेरे निवृत्ती के कार्य कर रहे है । यदि मुझसे इतने प्रसन्न हो तो मुक्ति ही दे दो ना ।

     प्रभु कहते है कि जो आप भुगत रहे है वो आपके प्रारब्ध है । आप मेरे सच्चे साधक है; हर समय मेरा नाम जप करते है इसलिये मै आपके प्रारब्ध भी आपकी सच्ची साधना के कारण स्वयं कटवा रहा हूँ ।

     व्यक्ति कहता है कि क्या मेरे प्रारब्ध आपकी कृपा से भी बडे है; क्या आपकी कृपा, मेरे प्रारब्ध नही काट सकती है ।

     प्रभु कहते है कि, मेरी कृपा सर्वोपरि है; ये अवश्य आपके प्रारब्ध काट सकती है; लेकिन फिर अगले जन्म मे आपको ये प्रारब्ध भुगतने फिर से आना होगा । यही कर्म नियम है । इसलिए आपके प्रारब्ध मैं स्वयं अपने हाथो से कटवा कर इस जन्म-मरण से आपको मुक्ति देना चाहता हूँ ।

ईश्वर कहते है: *प्रारब्ध तीन तरह* के होते है :

*मन्द*,
                    *तीव्र*, तथा
                                            *तीव्रतम*

*मन्द प्रारब्ध* मेरा नाम जपने से कट जाते है । *तीव्र प्रारब्ध* किसी सच्चे संत का संग करके श्रद्धा और विश्वास से मेरा नाम जपने पर कट जाते है । पर *तीव्रतम प्रारब्ध* भुगतने ही पडते है।

लेकिन जो हर समय श्रद्धा और विश्वास से मुझे जपते हैं; उनके प्रारब्ध मैं स्वयं साथ रहकर कटवाता हूँ और तीव्रता का अहसास नहीं होने देता हूँ ।

           *प्रारब्ध पहले रचा, पीछे रचा शरीर ।*
  *तुलसी चिन्ता क्यों करे, भज ले श्री रघुबीर।।*

Maturity, exposure, knowledge, learning, inner strength is more important than hypocritical manners, formalities, packing, decorations.
If you own strength, knowledge, expertise , you get much time to learn manners.
A five or fifteen days rehearsal is enough to prepare yourself for a working dance performance.
But a whole life may not be sufficient to acquire knowledge, strength.
You can master table manners in a few days (hours) training.
A whole life is required to be District judge, High Court Judge, Supreme Court or Nariman, Salve, Madhav Menon.
Learning and sharpness counts. Manners alone would not. Even manners would not come without sitting beside and perhaps parallel with an able pre trained seniors.

A silent crisis is brewing in appellate courts in India. The salutary rule that an appellate court should respect the finding of facts by the trial court is crushed frequently. Of course, an appellate court has powers and duties to correct the trial court, but how often and for what causes to correct as a norm shapes the appellate powers of courts. The cultural ideas of colonial times were that "lower courts" were run by mouffsil judges, who could not be trusted to know law as well as the English judges of High Courts, has continued. This has led to a culture of uncontrolled correction of lower courts by higher courts even on factual findings. Frequent corrections even at trial stage by higher courts is a critical reason for delays in courts. Where no statutory appeal or revision exists, High Courts routinely use Art.227 to correct trial courts. Such interventionist judicial appellate culture leads to delays in Indian courts. Respecting the trial court's finding on facts is a basic rule of judicial discipline. It is illuminating to see how rest of the common law world considers this aspect.

1. Story 1 - A routine Uber ride in Washington DC, and an Afghani driver picks me up. After a few minutes, he asks me if I am Indian, and yes he smiles and his next question, do you know when somebody will make a movie on Modi. I am a little shocked, not at the movie suggestion but that he would know Modi. Anyway, I ask him why. His answer is that Modi is considered a magician in Afghanistan and Afghanis pray that they get a leader like him to make Afghanistan like India. Story 2 - My beloved coworker from Nigeria, Iteogu, starts every morning at work with a curse at the Nigerian President Buhari. Then gives me a baleful look and says, what do you care, you have Narendra Modi. Look where India is today. So, two completely random non-Indians, with no political agenda, want somebody like Modi to run their respective countries because they believe Modi can turn their fortunes around. Nobody has fed them propaganda. They simply see what India has become under Modi and how it’s international prestige has soared. I am not saying anybody is perfect, but in my 25 years in the US, I have never seen India receive so much attention and status as it has under Modi. You have to give credit where it is due. Haters will hate, but it is undeniably Modi’s magic, pure and simple! He has nailed it.

The earlier record was 1.5 cr which now stands broken. The punitive damages of 5 cr were given as charity to a local cancer hospital, though that was a nice gesture on the part of the plaintiff.
