पार्टियों को संवैधानिक और लोकतांत्रिक होना पड़ेगा जो पार्टी का जो सर्वोच्च नेता है उसी का बेटा पार्टी के सर्वोच्च पद पर बैठे इस प्रथा को छोड़ना पड़ेगा ।
