नीवँ बना कर बाँटते चलो.

क्या सचमुच ऐसा चल रहा है ?
काश ऐसा न हो रहा हो !!!

बस मुझे मेरे हिस्से का संविधान चाहिये,
मैं अपने हिस्से का संविधान बचाने को कॄतसंकल्प हूँ
We The People वाले संविधान की तुम जानो.
मुझे अपनी स्वतन्त्रता चाहिये, मेरे हिस्से का संविधान मुझे दे दो .
आईये , संविधान का ही बँटवारा करें---

Whether this is going on ?. Whether a partition suit to partition Constitution is being litigated?

Let courts not be ego feeding houses for any body whosoever he may be.
Let the system not be bread - kiln for any body or class.
Let the court system be part , direct or indirect , of any profession .

Tax law exposure from 1977 to 1987 and very extensive vigorous encounter 2011 - 2015 are highlights of what I had occasion to Learn and imbibe. I had the occasion to be with greatest of the field. The best of the field , we worked together.

2008 - 2009 , I was with everyone at every level of law. Wonders dawned on me . Transformation came this year . Almost fathered 320 with motherly care. Allowed none to harm them. Learnt and practiced academic acumen , was exposed to different layers of superior academics , had the occasion and company of being with all of the field of law , administration and authority.
A period of great learning.

2005 - 2008 , came across society - a bare society, saw social relationships in its family dimensions. Some really disturbed. Leant lot. Patience, tolerance, wait , emotion , outburst , frustration , poverty , innocence, childishness, helplessness, money without happiness and happiness without money, ,husband - wife, parent - child , dreams and ambitions , psychology behaviour, practice and theory , these all were my guests for three years.
I loved them , leant them , experienced from them.
Very productive 3 years. Added a lot to me.

Bad days always an opportunity for good learning
Hardest moments bear softest experiences.
