एक हत्यारे के साथ न्याय करने के लिये या किसी हत को न्याय देने के लिये यदि समाज को एक दूसरी हत्या की अनुमति देनी पड़ती है तो उस न्याय व्यवस्था की उपादेयता के बारे में हमें दुबारा बार बार सोचना चाहिये- कब तक आप कानून की अनुमति की आड़ में अपना पशुत्व प्रदर्शित करते रहेंगें।

अपनेआप को प्रमाणित करना कितना कठिन काम है।स्वयं के लिये प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करने से कठिन है ऐसे प्रमाणोंको ढ़ूढ़ना जो खुद बोले। सारी उम्र गुजर जाती है अपने आप को प्रमाणित  करनर लायक बनने में।

जानता हूँ, अहंकार, पवित्रता का भी अहंकार ही कहलाता है।

मेरे अस्तित्व को नकार नहीं सकोगे क्यों कि मैं बिना आधार के, बिना शरीर के भी  रहते आया हूँ। आगे भी रहूँगा।
हाँ, मेरे शरीर से तुम खेल सकते हो, उसे बन्दी बना सकते हो, झुका सकते हो, उसे पीड़ा भी दे सकते हो, तुमने यह सब कर कर देख भी लिया है पर मुझै न तो झूका सकते, न मोड़ सकते।
मैंने तुमसे जो कुछ भी लिया है, वह सब कुछ लौटा कर ही जाउँगा, निश्चिंत रहना।
मैं जैसा भी हूँ, पूरी तरह से तुम्हारे सामने हूँ- हर स्थिति में तुम्हारा सामना करूँगा।
मेरी चद्दर साफ है, रहेगी। मैं साफ हूँ ,रहूँगा। बस इतना ही।

Leave me alone with my books and deeds.
 I am responsible for what I do and read.I take the responsibility of my deeds. I take the responsibility of the way I spent my time. I admit all that I did, thought, experienced.
I wish I could afford a pause to sharpen my wisdom and refresh my learning.  I wish I could draw a complete balance sheet  fairly,and honestly. I will do that even if it is risky. I must come clean for public scrutiny.
I want some time to repay those scholars who wrote,  thought,  did not sleep,  experimented, sailed across, crossed the mountains,  laid down their lives in their pursuit for knowledge and truth. I have to think with open eyes and write down my own experiences informing you all what ever I learnt, suffered, saw, found, lost, took away. I have a duty to return all back tothose scholars and for the next generation.
One thing to be sure- each coming day and generation is bound to be happier, shinier, wiser and will lead to further healthy growth.
I know I will not be for ever.
But before I leave, I must repay you all whatever I owe and handover what ever I have and can  but I must take away my sins that I do have with me begging  to you all for my sins and bidding you all a very good -forward looking never ending chain of never ending mornings with fresh untouched morning dews and sweetest twitters.
But never before I have really transferred my inner wealth to you all

Even if a rapist and a murderer deserves death, a penalty under the law accepted to be inflicted by the society, there is nothing the society can enjoy this death penalty. Society must feel ashamed for this and every other death of a human being. The society cannot be proud of this death penalty nor the society rejoice. If this is Justice, the society must not raise head with pride, must rethink and at least be sad and ashamed of  the way justice is done.
 Let law prevail but with added caution.
Law alone is not justice.
We are in the society only for justice and dignity.
Let us try to ensure these. We may have failed up till now. Let us not fail further.
Rethink, rework, redo and one day we will have a better way to secure justice for all.
Justice has no shade of hatred.

Evolve a system that speaks, works, responds and not those persons that have to speak or perform.
Person specific perception should be avoided. A self propelling system that carries the driver also and the passengers also must be developed.
Give yourself the system that makes you to perform and hard presses you to go on working or you are liable to fall.A system wherein all the components have to perform and the non-performer is tracked immediately is the crying need in India.
Planning and management is the foremost priority of judiciary. Judges must be judicial managers, administrators, planners.
Separate Judicial management special cadre with specific law oriented management skill and people friendly  planning skill and uniform judging patterns across the Indian territory be developed.
Let us start with a daily routine, to do list and targets, timetable shared with all the stake holders.Let us start with time management and ensure minute to minute productive use and investment  of available judicial time (hour)
