प्यास और भूख से श्रेष्ठ शिक्षक विधाता ने आज तक नहीं बनाया, प्रकृति साक्षी है

दिये के बुलन्द हौसलों को देख आप भी हीम्मत तो बाँध ही सकते हैं, जीतना और हारना तो बाद की बात है, बिना लड़े क्या अन्धेरा आपका पिन्ड छोड़ देगा, जब नन्हे से दिये ने आजतक हार नहीं मानी तो आप फिर से खड़े हो कर उम्मीद बाँध आ जाइये, मैं आपके साथ हूँ, पहले भी था, आज भी हूँ, ईस्वर ने चाहा तो आगे भी इसी तरह आपके लिये दुआ माँगता मिलूगाँ----

“Perhaps I just wanted to encourage you, him and myself, get all that deserves to be won, this beautiful world will never be lost, never, never.

Pray and work to win and after you have won, share what ever you have won. You are never the first to win and shall never be the last to win.
You are only one of the winners chain.
No victory should be allowed to enter your head or heart nor you should allow the victory to win you..

The pain ,agony and a bad name in life can be translated into joy, opportunity and fame but I do not know how I will deal with these after my life Journey is over- I must contribute for the generations to come in terms of healthy and robust values and perhaps that will give me peace , rest and growing life after my journey is over

I could only feel these and share-
1) As an academician one has the liberty to be idealist, perfectionist, philosophical and experimentalist. Can use one's independent learning.

2) While performing Judicial duties , you have the liberty to be really impartial but a responsibility to be really well read and to avoid extremities .
Try to go by precedents with a liberty to inject one's wisdom.

3)... As an administrator , you can afford to be harsh, showy, and can carry risks. Be ready for the consequences.

4) Quasi Judicial responsibilities are different and one has to speculate on right,practical and probable standards with a legal and judicial touch
.
5) Management responsibilities - unpredictable, balancing between the boss, reality, practice, expectation of different stake holders- and have to co-ordinate, co-operate, compromise and spin a team - a lot of HR management, allocation of resources and responsibility to maintain time schedule and ultimately to deliver without complaining

6) Event Management- to be on toe till the event is over and wait for criticism

छले गये
बाली
राहु
केतु
एकलब्य
बर्बरीक
जैसे मत रहना
अमरत्व के लालच में।

... मर ही गया कर्ण
मेधनाद
कुम्भकर्ण
ये सब मार दिये गये थे
निरपराध
केवल
मित्रघात
वा कि
कुलघात
नही करने के कारण।

तो क्या हुआ
अभिमन्यु
किस अपराध के कारण मारा गया।

मरने के पहले
तुम्हे कोई छल ले
फिर चाहे वह विधाता ही क्यों नहीं हो
निश्चित मृत्यु जान कर भी
उससे पहले लड़ते हुए
मरने का निशचय कर
युद्ध मे खीँच लाना
उस छली को ।

छले जाने से
मिले अमरत्व से
यह रास्ता श्रेयष्कर है
अमरत्व नही भी मिले तो भी ।

तुम मेरे कुछ लगते क्यों नही
तुम मुझसे लगते क्यों नही
तुम मेरे क्यों लगने लगे हो
मैं तुमसे क्यों लगा जा रहा हूँ।

तुम मुझे जानते क्यों नहीं
तुम मुझे मानते क्यों नहीं
मैं अनजान, तुम्हें बिना जाने ही
इस तरह क्यों मानने लगा हूँ।

... बात बहुत दूर तलक जायेगी,
बिना लगे यूँ लगना या लग जाना
अंज़ाम तो कूछ आवेगा ही
अनजाने, बिना जाने यूँ मान जाना।

अनजाने रास्तों पर यूँ बेधड़क
इतनी दूर चला आया हूँ
एक रौशनी, झलक या एहसास
बिना किये इतमिनान, बस चला आया हूँ।

तूम हो कि जागते नहीं
भगाने पर भी भागते नहीं
मैं क्यों दिन रात जगने लगा हूँ
यह कौन, जिसके लिये भागने लगा हूँ।

जग कर लगने से
लग कर जानने से
जान कर पीछे भागने से
क्या तुम सचमुच मिल ही जाओगे।

तुम न भी मिले तो क्या
मैं लगना छोड़ दूँगा
मानना छोड़ दूङगा
जानना छोड़ दूँगा।

तुम हो या नहीं
यह सवाल कैसे आया
मेरे नहीं जगने का
भाग जाने का, सवाल केसे आया।

तुम हो,
तभी तो मैं हूँ
तुम रहोगे
मै रहुँ न रहुँ।

मेरा ईमान हो तुम
मेरा विश्वास हो
एहसास हो तुम
मैं ही तो हो तुम।
