IP HAZARDS

" If we take and we have taken and succeeded in getting the concept of Intellectual property formalised to a great extent ,then we will have to concede that every property has to pass through a production process- utility creation process, securing it process, processing it process. Like all the manufacturing processes IP Production creation must have more or less same or similar entrepreneurial hazards. Similarly the process may have to be abandoned mid-way. The entrepreneurial activity carries other commercial, moral, sharing, apportionment, quantifying, inter-se interest-conflict, entry of new entrepreneurs, exit of entrepreneur for various reasons. Successful IP activity is always welcome but as an society we must be ready for unsuccessful IP adventure. Now the once unsuccessful IP adventure may further be continued either this way or that way. Some time a very rewarding IP adventure may has to be stooped for some time for want of financial resources, natural calamities, health risk of one or some components, for political reasons or some IP established may not be understandable to the contemporary society and may come to be established at a late point of time

21st century law-a futuristic questionire

How the 21st century think tank will be different from 20th century- any idea ?
Scientists have some imaginations, even writers have an idea, performing artists have formed a rough view-------------------------------------

Whether legislatures of 2050 will think at all , if yes; in which direction----early 20th century had the REDS, They led the law and legal field

What about 21st century Judiciary, judges and other neo-law forces,

what can be other fields where law will step into ,

to what extent, how effectively, whether extended legal intervention will be productive ,

Whether legal intervention at any point will be measured in investment terms, input/output relativity terms, utility terms

,what would be the scenario if there is a real legal data base world wide,

can there be a shared or common legal frame work across the world,

What would be the effect 0fsynthesis or amalgamation of laws at different levels,

whether laws will compete internationally,

Whether law will grow giant, mammoth of tiny or nano, Law for every village or micro law or macro law- what would be the scale of law

, Judiciary-- How shall we meet the demand of justice, what will be projected demand and supply of Justice,

how we plan to restructure our system of governance as per law, whether we shall have old law- the command or a constructed law or, acquiesced law or law as administered-------------------------

Do you think 2090 law will be guided by basic features of law only administered through highly rational standard devices-----??????

आप बूढ़े तब होते हैं जब आप नया सोचना, सीखना या करना बंद कर देते हैं या फिर अपनी सारी ताकत उसी बात को पोख्ता ( संपुष्ट) करने में लगा डालते हैं जो आपने बचपन में सीखी या आपको सिखाया गया, या केवल इतिहास के मोह में आप वर्तमान की उपेक्षा करते हैं या वर्तमान का मुल्यांकन भी पुरानी पड़ गई मान्यताओं के आधार पर करते हैं और आगे आने वाली पीढ़ी या समय या भविष्य आपको या तो दिखता नहीं, या आप देखना चाहते नहीं या भविष्य आपको अन्धकारमय दिखता हो।
हर आने वाले दिन की शुरुआत सुबह से ही होती रहेगी- आप कितना भी अन्धकार को बुला लें।
नये पर शंका नहीं, विश्वास करें, आप बूढ़े कभी नहीं होंगें
