Risk Management in Criminal Justice Delivery system,
Criminal Justice has been the foremost concern of all those who who are concerned with principle guided social system.Equitable criminal justice concept has been the human aspiration since time immemorial-perhaps the prime concern that gripped human civilisation. Crime or criminality is difficult to be defined. Some how some or other crime has a somewhat individual justification. We have been coming across even social or group or state justifying a crime when it comes or confronts them directly.
Individual mind set, social frame, a particular time frame, individual psychological quotient,physical,constraints, emotional outburst or call it fluctuations, mental reflective actions, reactions, expectations- individual/ group,vested or assumed or insistent persuasive interest etc are block pits, jumps jolts, breaks often hindering the smooth passage of a really acceptable criminal justice.
So far the concept of justice delivery system is concerned, it has numerous dimensions and components. Several mutually competing forces contradicting each other at more then one point, at times challenging each other violently are essential participants of the system.
A criminal justice system administrator or entrepreneur or activist regularly faces these many facets. Shyncronisation of these heterogeneous components to achieve a meaningful result is a goal to be achieved with great care, perfection and vision.
