I am really delighted to grab this opportunity to address you all in this valedictory Ceremony of this Late sri TJ varg ese thakaran national virtual client counselling competition 2021 which is now almost coming to a thrilling useful end.

I must thank miss simi for extending invitation to me for joining you all in this exciting competition fever for which I am sure you all were quite excited about the frame, format and worth of this exercise. 

The organisers must be given all credits to choose and coin a really healthy subject/ topic headline that gira into the root of a law career during the whole of one's life. And

Law being the command of sovereign and further having a sanction behind that is bound to create a two elements stuffed eatery for those who are going to be governed through law. It is inconvenience as well assurance. It awes as well pamper.

In between law comes the law enforcement machinery and all those for whom law is meant. 

Law is there to resolve disputes in an uniform predictable manner.

But law being in command tone and rigid format is not within the real reach of those who are going to be administered or benefited through that. It pinches, bites and heals. It punishes, restores and compensates. It regulates. 

But without proper to the point knowledge of law one is really handicapped. 

For that an institution of advocates is there to help, guide those who have to deal with law or who are to be dealt with law. 

Advocates are service providers in the area of law.

This stream of service providers is perennial, perpetual and continuous. New service providers are always tickling in and old ones have to go out for this or that reason. 

Old order changeth yielding place to new. 

You all are the newest readying yourselves to seek an entry in this profession.

My dear lovely friends, believe me you are going to enter into a professional world having noblest and highest values, greatest thrill and immense utility for individual and society. 

But the nuances of this profession only percolate through interaction and training. 

Law classes give you the knowledge of law. 

Seniors show you the application of law.

Where ever application of law occurs, there are so many forces coordinating, contributing, competing, supplementing and bargaining with each other. There is always conflict of interest that has to be addressed through law and application.

Here comes the service provider's knack and expertise. 

 Successful Seniors have mastered that art and culture through hard earned experience.

Now as a new entrant you have to learn that and for that you all have been here and must have learnt a few steps forward and backward from your peers, insightful learning, readings, orations and from your family environment. 

As you all by now know that the litigant, the client, the service seeker is the king and we all have to serve him legally up to his specific satisfaction. Our profession is a service providers' job where you hardly deal in any physical commodity. Another player in this field is the court, the judge. Law, substantial as well procedural is the master. As an advocate you have to locate the justice seeker, the litigator, find out his frame, format , requirements and expectations and then had to match that with law and other inter segment forces in the field including the judge and your peers.
